The ICCE Career Development Program, also known as J-1 Internship / Training Program is a category under the J-1 Program that provides university students, recent graduates and young professionals the opportunity to immerse themselves in the American business environment for a period of 12 or 18 months.

This program allows companies in the U.S. to add International talent to their teams by hosting a J-1 Program participant.
