After the interviewing process is completed and you have decided to offer a position to a candidate, you would then inform ICCE about your participant selection. ICCE will issue a Training/Internship Offer Letter (TIOL) which is signed by the company and will be used to extend your offer to the participant and formalize it.

The TIOL contains information such as: Name of the offered position; selected participant's name; program start date; hourly stipend offered.

Once the TIOL is signed by both, the company and the participant, ICCE will be ready to begin working on the process of obtaining all documents necessary for the selected participant to apply for the J-1 visa.
