After a candidate is selected for a position, ICCE will provide a Training Offer Letter signed by the company. This document will have to be signed by the candidate and returned to ICCE within 48 hours in order to secure the position for the selected candidate.

An invoice for the program fee will follow and ICCE will request the partner to make the candidate’s program fee payment in full within the agreed period and to submit candidate’s documents.

The post placement process is as follows:

1 .Program fee payment
  2. Candidate’s documents submittal
  3. DS-7002 (Training Plan) preparation
  4. DS-2019 issuance
  5. J1 visa interview at the US Embassy or Consulate
  6. Pre-departure orientation
  7. Departure

The post placement process is expected to take an average of 6 weeks. This means that a candidate is expected to be able to start his/her program with the host company within 6 weeks from the date of receiving the placement offer (TOL).
