International Culture and Career Exchange is a Sponsor Organization designated by the U.S. Department of State for the SWT Category.

ICCE has been facilitating the J-1 Cultural Exchange Programs since 2005; becoming one of the strongest and most successful placement agencies in the country. Our strengths are focused on the 12 and 18 month Internship and Career Development Programs in non-hospitality related fields and we are now also focusing our efforts on the SWT Program.

The last couple of years we have matched thousands of participants with host organizations across United States. Our large network of companies participating in this program and receiving participants represents various industries such as: IT, Marketing, Manufacturing, International Trade, Media, Advertising and Freight Forwarding.
